reshape the perception of their environment. Guided by evocative prompts like “a sound that feels like a secret” or “something that seems to be sending a message,” players uncover hidden rhythms, textures, and silences that often go unnoticed.

Using a web app, they record these sounds and transform them into unique clouds of sound particles — fleeting moments made visible. It may become a playful ritual on a daily commute or an experience shared in quiet curiosity with a partner. Like the observer effect in physics, Earwitness reveals how active listening shapes what is heard. With every captured sound, the environment responds, transformed by the presence of those who truly hear it.
