Stefan Zinell
Stefan Zinell studied industrial Design at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. After graduating he started his own consultancy working for clients in the fields of interior, furniture and product design and joined the Angewandte in a teaching capacity. Stefan has seen our department transform from a traditional material and crafts oriented Masterclass to a product based industrial design school into what Design Investigations stands for today. With Anab Jain and colleagues he supports students in their main projects, and also teaches “Morphology of Design”, “Integrated Expert Labs” and “Project Communications”. Besides teaching Stefan is involved in several academic commissions as well as strategic development and organisational tasks.
